Diamond Self-Catering apartments reserve the right to terminate the visit of anyone who causes disruption to the comfort of others. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
Please ensure that you have arranged your own travel insurance, as we do not provide this.
Entry is 2pm on date of arrival and departure is 10am on date of departure. This can be negotiated in certain circumstances.
We at Diamond Self-Catering Apartments hope that you enjoy your stay and every effort has been made to ensure this. However, if you are dissatisfied with the standard of the apartments or any other problem, please contact us immediately to allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem.
The hirer shall not sublet the premises or any part thereof.
The number of people occupying the premises should not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.
We ask that you give us a reminder before your arrival to ensure your accommodation is ready for you and inform us of your approximate time of arrival.
Late arrivals (after 6pm) must telephone the owner on 02881671212.
We cannot accept bookings from anyone under eighteen years of age.
We do not accept responsibility for the loss of your valuables whilst on site.
Any property belonging to Diamond Self-Catering Apartments must not be removed from the premises.
We regret that pets are not permitted.
We ask that young children are supervised at all times.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder will be taken 60 days before arrival.
In the event of any of our apartments becoming unavailable through circumstances beyond our control, Diamond Self-Catering Apartments will refund credit card or other forms of payment.
We prefer bookings placed over email. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If booking within 60 days of the commencement of your let, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
Overseas visitors are most welcome, and due to difficulties travel can impose, bookings can be confirmed ten days from the date a reservation is made, however the balance of charges is due six weeks prior to the commencement of the stay. Overseas payments should be made by credit card and any bank charges incurred is payable by the hirer.
Cancellations:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
It is important that we are informed of cancellations either by email or telephone.
Housekeeping:
For stays exceeding a week, bed linen and towels will be changed.
It can be arranged for apartments to be cleaned daily during a stay. Please notify the owner on arrival if this is something you would like.
Crockery, cutlery, pans and dishes etc moved between apartments in the case of a group booking should be returned to their relevant apartments before departure. In a group booking, the named person on the booking form will be regarded as the “Responsible Person” and is required to ensure the standard of the apartments is upheld.
Items of domestic equipment in each apartment are listed.
All properties are NON smoking. We provide ashtrays outside the apartments.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
All apartments are cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, due to the limited time available for cleaning, we ask that you leave the apartment and its contents as you find it, otherwise an additional cleaning charge may be applied. Damages will be charged at cost.
Oil and electric facilities are not included in the price of the apartment rental. Oil is metered and read upon arrival and departure and charged at the current rate, while our electric is supplied on a Pay As You Go basis. Again the electric meter is read upon your arrival and departure.
Damage Deposit:
Guests are required to pay £150 or €150 damage deposit to cover breakages 7 days before arrival. This will be held and returned up to 7 days after check-out following inspection of apartment.
Electricity and oil charges will be deducted from the Damage deposit if they were not paid before departure.
